ZÁZEMÍ
Značka VOJTECH LOPOUR vznikla jako autorský projekt zaměřený na konstrukci oděvu a práci s nekonvenčními materiály.
Její tvorba byla prezentována na přehlídkách a výstavách v Amsterdamu, Praze a Belgii.V roce 2023 byla uvedena první samostatná přehlídka MUSCLE MEMORY, kurátorovaná magazínem VOGUE CS.
APPROACH
The Vojtěch Lopour brand balances on the borderline between authorial fashion and a research and development (R&D) laboratory. As a fashion designer and engineer, I draw my primary inspiration from functional architecture, product design, and the automotive industry. I approach garments as spatial structures and wearable hardware—utilizing 3D modeling, innovative construction solutions, and high-tech materials such as carbon fiber. It is an engineering mindset applied to fashion design, where experimentation, aesthetics, and uncompromising function exist in perfect balance.
VISION & COLLECTIONS
The core of the brand lies in creating authorial fashion collections and presenting a cohesive visual identity. Thanks to this engineering approach, my design process is characterized by an extreme attention to detail and the long, precise development of every single piece. While we also realize specialized R&D projects under our "Studio" division, the true DNA of the brand remains firmly rooted in fashion design and the building of a strong, independent fashion brand.
HIGHLIGHTS & ARCHIVE
As an alumnus of the prestigious ArtEZ University of the Arts (Netherlands), the brand is building a strong international reputation. I recieved Czech Grand Design nomination in 2023 and ended among finalists in prominent competitions, including the Apolda European Design Award, the Ploom x Vogue CS Design Award, and the MBPFW x Van Graaf Junior Talent. I have presented my authorial collections across Europe—in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Prague, including an exhibition at Prague's Designblok as part of the curated Vogue CS selection.
